• Heavily leaking faucets in the kitchen or bathroom
• Broken refrigerator
• Broken range
• Smell of burnt electric isolation
• Sparkling noise from main circuit breaker board
• Wet spots on the ceiling
• No heat service from a heating unit in the winter time
