4. Bring your completed and signed application, and a $30 application fee and pro rated first months rental fee to the rental office. This will hold the unit for you.
5. If your lease will be approved, the signing of the Residential Lease Agreement will occur within 10 (ten) days
6. Your security deposit, which is equal to one month rental fee, is due 30 days prior to the date of move in.
7. Manager will pro rate first month rental fee based on 30 day months.
8. Your regular rental fee for September and subsequent months will be $645.00
